Vlad-George Prundus
Hello, my name is Vlad-George Prundus and I am a Lecturer, Professor and PHD at
the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Babes Bolyai University.
My reasearch and
teaching subjects include the AI and basics of programming. I have over 12 years of teaching, having
taught over 1000 students.
I am interested in investigating aspects related to active
learning in higher education, studying students’ involvement in the learning process. Currently, I
am part of a project regarding the investigation of efficient learning. My potential is the greatest
when working in a team.
Hobbies
My biggest hobby is traveling. I have traveled to almost 15 countries around
Europe and plan on going to other continents as well. In this picture I am in front of Saint George
in Bratislava.
My second hobby is volunteering. I have been a volunteer since I was 16
years old and have participated in all sorts of events, both in Romania and in other countries. My
favourite event is TIFF where I have been a volunteer for 8 consecutive years until I became part of
the staff.
Other hobbies I have are watching sports and cooking.
